Substrates for the blueberry cultivation

The blueberry crop

Blueberry cultivation is a mature and established market worldwide, with strong demand for our substrates.

Growers on all continents are adopting our solutions on a large scale. We are constantly working to optimize crop yields. We do this in a very intensive way, together with growers and research institutions around the world.

A good example of this is our Legro Blue Berry CP Optima substrate. This substrate has already shown its value for the cultivation practice. You can grow blueberries with it for up to 10 years in the same container and in the same substrate. The raw materials we use in it are carefully selected. This keeps the structure airy and the drainage optimal. This in turn ensures a strong and well-branched root system: the foundation for a stable and productive cultivation in the long term.
