Are you working in the horticulture sector and would you like to expand your horizons? Would you like to advise growers in Australia & New Zealand about the right substrate for their crop? And are you keen to spot opportunities in market and product developments? Then this is your vacancy!

As Sales Representative you are in proactive contact with growers in Australia & NZ to identify their substrate needs and market developments. In addition, together with your colleagues in the region, you are responsible for the initiation of trials and product developments.

Our head office is located in Helmond but we have several offices worldwide. We have 300 colleagues in total and you will join our wonderful Oceania Sales Team. There is a lot of knowledge in our company but we are also open to learn from you! Our culture is characterized by hard-working colleagues, a pleasant working environment, and a good informal atmosphere with short lines of communication.

What can we expect from you

You are entrepreneurial and willing to dive into the market to see possibilities around you. With your communication skills you are keen on sales opportunities. To complete the package, you have:

  • Relevant horticultural or agricultural qualifications
  • Knowledge of the horticultural protected cropping industry
  • Excellence command of the English language. Speaking and extra language can be an advantage
  • Enthusiastic & keen to learn
  • Can work autonomously

We trust you to excel as a Sales Representative in a full-time role, you can count on:

  • Approx. $75-85k a year + superannuation + car (or travel allowance)
  • A workplace with a family feeling and attention for a good work-life balance;
  • Development opportunities in a growing organization.
